Sara Bockserman

Sara is a native to Los Angeles and 30-year resident of Pasadena. She is passionate about making a positive difference in her community.

Sara’s career has been as a Customer Service professional. She has worked with several large companies including Avery Dennison for 20 years and, most recently, with Deloitte Consulting as a Contact Center Strategy Consultant.  Her areas of expertise include improving and optimizing the customer/consumer experience through team leadership, project management and collaboration with all areas of a business, including R&D, marketing, and sales.  Sara earned her bachelor of science degree in Business Administration from Cal State, Northridge.

Sara enjoys spending time with her family and friends at the beach and pool, traveling, listening to music and continue to learn history. She has prior volunteer experience with Huntington Hospital and Union Station in Pasadena.
